Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept open items for return. If you would like to return an unopened item or if you have received a damaged or defective item in a shipment, please contact us via email within 15 business days of the date of purchase. The e-mail contact is email@example.com.
Your email should include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. We will send you an Authorized Return Number (AR#). After you have received a reply email with your AR#, please return your purchase with our order receipt or invoice with your AR# clearly written on the invoice.
Your return must be shipped to us within 15 business days of receiving your AR#, or the AR# will expire and your item will no longer be eligible for return. Please note we are unable to exchange products.
You can expect a refund usually within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return at our facility. We can not be responsible for any items returned to us that do not arrive at our facility (please insure your package). For regular returns, we will credit your card for the purchase price or issue you a company check. Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping charges for returned items.
For returns of a damaged or defective product we will replace the product or issue a full refund, your choice. In order to be entitled to a refund of shipping charges for damaged or defective products, your return must be shipped back to us by UPS ground delivery.
