the Gear Grinders annual banquet and awards ceremony was a not to be missed event.  Once again the annual party was held at the Black’s beautiful home in Stanton. Thank you Heather and the Blacks for hosting and putting up with us.  They set up the  big tent and provided tables and chairs so everyone had a seat for lunch ad the awards presentation. The food was outstanding with a choice of delicious Mexican or Pulled Pork BBQ, with more than enough for all.

The father & son team of Bob Stahl and Mark Olsen took home the Sportsman Award.  Anne Lindsley tearfully awarded the Jim Lindsley Award to Jeff Bryant.  Photos of the winners are shown below.

Hope you were able to attend the Gear Grinders annual banquet and awards ceremony. The event was held at the Black’s beautiful home in Stanton. There was lots of room and parking for everyone. The big tent provided a comfortable area for bench racing, eat lunch and the awards presentation. The food was outstanding with a choice of delicious Mexican or BBQ, with more than enough for all. The Black’s opened up their shop and gave members a chance to eyeball all of their race toys. Did you look up and see the led shop lights. Mighty neat idea. Our Prez was the master of ceremonies and with the help of the Vice Prez passed out the awards.
